Job Overview
This is a net new role and the capability that unlocks the team’s future-state vision. The Learning Experience Designer architects the microlearning ecosystem for Relativity’s sales enablement function — building fast, modular, AI-powered content that travels at the speed of the business.They also own onboarding as a designed, measured program — not a maintenance task. This person serves as the shared content engine for the full team, partnering closely with the Sales Trainer to co-design and co-deliver programs, and with the Director to shape the team’s overall learning model.
Job Description and Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
Design and build microlearning programs across all four workstreams: commercial & tech stack, sales playbooks, role of the seller, and onboardingÂ
Own the onboarding program as a designed, role-specific, personalized journey that measurably reduces ramp timeÂ
Build AI-assisted content pipelines that allow the team to turn ideas into deployed training in days, not weeksÂ
Partner with the Sales Trainer to co-design programs — the Trainer brings field insight and deliveryexpertise, the LXD brings learning architecture and production capabilityÂ
Manage the learning tech stack and ensure content isoptimized forHighspot, LMS, Slack, and in-flow deliveryÂ
Measure content effectiveness through completion rates, assessment scores, and downstream productivity signalsÂ
Stay current on AI-forward learning tools and bring new capabilities to the team proactivelyÂ
QUALIFICATIONSÂ
RequiredÂ
5+ years in instructional design, learning experience design, or content strategy with a sales enablement focusÂ
Deepexpertise in microlearning design principles, spaced repetition, and modern LXD frameworksÂ
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted content creation tools and rapid authoring platforms (Articulate, Arist, or equivalent)Â
Track record of owning onboarding program design — not justmaintaining itÂ
Strong visual and UX sensibility: ability to build content that is engaging, not just informativeÂ
Experience integrating learning content into seller workflow tools (Highspot, Slack, Salesforce)Â

Experience in a high-growth SaaS or legal tech environmentÂ
Familiarity with the e-discovery market or Relativity’s product ecosystemÂ
Experience building a content production system from scratch, not inheriting a mature oneÂ

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is betweenfollowing values:
$116,000 and $174,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.Â
