About the Team:
QR/Soundbox team is one of the biggest business and payments vertical in the organization, focused on merchant acquisition, merchant retention, and growth of merchants in India.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional and people manager to join our QR & Sound Box vertical. As a key member of our team, you will drive growth in distribution and market share, ensure visibility and accountability, and lead a sales team to achieve business goals.

Expectations/Requirements:

1. Drive growth in distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations.
2. Ensure visibility & accountability through extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product.
3. Identify and recruit a sales team to align and drive business in the market.
4. Plan the market size, span, and geographies for ASMs.
5. Develop and communicate plans/targets to the team effectively to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.
6. Monitor quality parameters as suggested by the Management.
7. Validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales done by the team.

Must-Haves:

- Good networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively throughout the specified area.
- Skilled in coaching and mentoring, with the ability to grasp and apply new ideas and concepts.
- 8-12 years' experience in sales - business development, B2C markets.

Superpowers/Skills:

1. Self-starter with ownership and comfort navigating ambiguity.
2. Passionate about working in a fast-growing firm and handling large teams.
3. Articulate complex solutions to novice customers.
4. Good sales and negotiation skills, with experience in quota-driven sales.
5. Experience in payments and finance is a plus.

Education:
MBA (Marketing)
