We are seeking a dynamic and proven Area Sales Manager with a track record in field sales and merchant acquisitions. This pivotal role will be at the heart of our operations, driving sales and fostering relationships with merchants in the Vijayawada region. As an Area Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success and growth trajectory. 

Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do): As an Area Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include: - Driving field sales initiatives and achieving sales targets. - Building and nurturing relationships with merchants, ensuring a seamless onboarding process. - Leading and managing a sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning. - Implementing effective team handling strategies to maximize productivity. - Facilitating the deployment of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) devices, ensuring their effective utilization by merchants.

Qualifications (What You'll Bring):Must-Have: - Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 16 years of experience in field sales and merchant acquisitions. - Strong experience in team handling and team building. - Proficiency in using and managing EDC devices.

Preferred: - A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
