Summary of the Role:

As an Area Manager at Mecca Bingo, you’ll lead the performance, people and operations across a portfolio of venues within a defined geographical area.

Working closely with the Operations Director, you’ll provide leadership and direction to your General Managers, empowering them to build high-performing teams, deliver brilliant customer experiences and drive strong commercial results.

With a focus on operational excellence and revenue growth, you’ll take ownership of performance across your area, identifying opportunities, sharing best practice and ensuring each venue delivers against its goals.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven multi-site leadership experience within a customer-focused, fast-paced environment
• Experience within the gambling, betting or wider gaming industry is preferred but not essential
• Strong track record of driving profitability, revenue and operational performance
• Exceptional leadership skills, with experience coaching and developing senior operational teams
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-focused mindset
• Ability to use insight and data to identify opportunities and improve performance
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
