About the Hiring Company:

We are looking for an experienced Director of Technology Delivery to lead the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, from software development through production operations and continuous service improvement.

This role is responsible for ensuring technology initiatives are delivered successfully while maintaining stable, secure, and reliable production services. The Director of Technology Delivery will oversee Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, DevOps, Project Management, Business Analysis, Application Support, and IT Operations.

Working closely with senior leaders across Technology and other business functions, the role will drive execution, operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement throughout the technology delivery lifecycle.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building teams, improving delivery practices, and working across technical and business stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Job Description:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives from planning through production support.

• Oversee Software Engineering, DevOps, Project Management, Application Support, and IT Operations.

• Establish and continuously improve software development, delivery, and operational governance.

• Ensure technology solutions are delivered with high quality, reliability, security, and operational readiness.

• Collaborate with senior leaders across Technology, Product, Infrastructure, Information Security, Compliance, and Business teams to align delivery with strategic priorities.

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous learning, and continuous improvement.

• Manage delivery portfolios, resource planning, budgets, risks, and third-party technology vendors.

• Monitor delivery performance, operational health, service levels, and technology KPIs, providing regular updates to executive leadership.

• Drive automation, process improvements, and engineering best practices across the organization.

• Support regulatory, security, audit, and corporate governance requirements.

The Successful Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in software engineering, IT operations, or technology leadership.

• At least 7 years of IT leadership experience managing cross-functional technology teams.

• Proven experience leading software engineering and technology delivery in Agile environments.

• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects and production systems.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, system integration, and software architecture.

• Experience working with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and third-party vendors.

• Experience in iGaming, FinTech, E-commerce, SaaS, or other highly regulated industries is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience driving organizational change and process improvement.

• Ability to balance business priorities with technical quality and operational stability.
