Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce Primary Cloud

We are looking for aSenior Software Engineer - Salesforce Primary Cloud to engineer robust Salesforce features using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) within the Lightning framework. You will expand Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud, build REST/SOAP integrations, and contribute to secure, scalable releases.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and sustain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the broader Lightning framework
• Enhance and tailor Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud capabilities based on business needs
• Create configurable, reusable UI components through LWC development
• Develop business logic using Apex triggers, classes, batch processes, and scheduled jobs
• Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
• Coordinate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to turn requirements into technical deliverables
• Perform code reviews, diagnose problems, and improve performance
• Apply sound practices around security, scalability, and governor limit management
• Assist with deployments, release management, and production issue resolution after launch
• Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and DevOps-related workflows

Requirements

• Direct, hands-on Salesforce development experience of 6–9 years
• Solid background working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud/Community Cloud
• Strong command of Apex, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL
• Deep familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Capability using Lightning App Builder along with other declarative tools
• Clear understanding of Salesforce's security model, including Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets
• Background integrating systems via REST/SOAP protocols
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices
• Strong communication skills paired with effective stakeholder engagement
