Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce Primary Cloud

We are hiring aSenior Software Engineer - Salesforce Primary Cloud to build and evolve Salesforce implementations with strong Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) skills. You will deliver enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud, handle REST/SOAP integrations, and support releases in an Agile team.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver Salesforce solutions leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the broader Lightning framework
• Adapt and extend Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud functionality to align with business requirements
• Build modular, reusable UI elements by developing with LWC
• Apply core business logic using Apex triggers, classes, batch processes, and scheduled jobs
• Connect Salesforce to third-party systems using REST/SOAP API integrations
• Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to convert needs into working technical designs
• Review code, debug issues, and tune application performance
• Maintain strong standards for security, scalability, and governor limit management
• Help run deployment cycles, release management, and post-release support activities
• Engage in Agile/Scrum rituals and DevOps-related workflows

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience spanning 6–9 years
• Solid background working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud/Community Cloud
• Strong command of Apex, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL
• Deep familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Demonstrated capability using Lightning App Builder alongside other declarative tools
• Clear understanding of Salesforce's security model, including Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets
• Background integrating systems via REST/SOAP protocols
• Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices
• Strong communication skills paired with effective stakeholder engagement
