We are seeking aLead Software Engineer with expertise in Salesforce Primary Cloud to become part of our team. Candidates should have robust skills in Apex development and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to develop scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Lightning framework
- Customize and improve Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to align with business requirements
- Build reusable and responsive UI components utilizing LWC
- Implement business logic via Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, and schedulers
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
- Perform code reviews, diagnose issues, and enhance system performance
- Maintain best practices for security, scalability, and governor limits
- Support deployment activities, releases, and post-production troubleshooting
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and DevOps processes
Requirements
- 8 to 11 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong foundation working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL
- Extensive expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Skilled in Lightning App Builder and other declarative tools
- Familiarity with the Salesforce security model, covering Profiles, Roles, Sharing, and Permission Sets
- Practical experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management skills
