Dental Receptionist - Alstonville & Lismore

We’re looking for a friendly and organisedDental Receptionist to join our teams acrossAlstonville Family Dental and Maven Dental Lismore.

This is a shared role, giving you the opportunity to work across two welcoming dental practices while enjoyingstable, consistent hours of 2–3 days per week.

As ourDental Receptionist, you’ll be an important part of the patient experience, helping create a warm and welcoming environment from the moment patients walk through the door.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and providing friendly customer service
• Managing patient bookings and appointments
• Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
• Processing payments and health fund claims
• Supporting the dental team with general administrative tasks
• Helping ensure the reception area runs smoothly and efficiently

We’d love to hear from someone who:

• Has previousreception or customer service experience
• Is friendly, approachable and confident communicating with patients
• Is organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Has a professional and positive attitude
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Has an interest in the dental industry

If you enjoy working in the dental environment and would like to develop your skills further, there may also be an opportunity to move into Dental Assisting in the future.

You don't need to know exactly where you want your career to go, we're happy to support someone who wants to learn and explore different opportunities within the practice.
