Archiving Lead

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Client Site)

Introduction

The role is designed for a professional who will provide strategic and technical advisory support for enterprise archiving initiatives. The focus will be on defining archiving strategy, governance, compliance alignment, data ownership, and designing end-to-end OpenText architecture integrated with SAP environments. The candidate will ensure secure, scalable, highly available solutions aligned with SAP S/4HANA standards.

• Authentication & Authorization Model
• High Availability & Disaster Recovery
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ArchiveLink and SAP Content Management
• SAP S/4HANA Compatibility
• Experience in Industrial Products industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define enterprise archiving strategy, governance, and compliance framework.
• Develop data ownership and retention models.
• Design end-to-end OpenText archiving solutions.
• Define SAP/OpenText integration architecture.
• Design authentication and authorization models.
• Develop high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
• Ensure SAP S/4HANA compatibility.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams.
• Provide architecture documentation and recommendations.
