Architectural Designer - Denver

Role Overview

We are looking for an Architectural Designer I to join our Denver-based design team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is eager to learn and excited to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative design-build environment — with hands-on exposure to remodels, additions, and custom homes, and a clear path to a larger design and technical role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support architects and project leads on residential projects from concept through construction documentation

• Assist with site analysis, zoning and code research, and early design studies

• Develop drawings, models, and details using Revit

• Help produce permit and construction drawing sets

• Coordinate with interiors, pre-construction, and construction teams

• Support redlines, revisions, and documentation updates

• Learn and grow through real project exposure and mentorship

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of professional experience in architecture or residential design

• Degree in Architecture or related field preferred

• Working knowledge of Revit (academic or professional); SketchUp, Enscape, or Bluebeam a plus

• Strong desire to learn, high attention to detail, and comfort in a fast-moving environment

• Ownership mindset and willingness to take initiative

Compensation, Benefits & Retirement

• Base Salary $60,000 – $80,000 / year
