Architect - Java Spring Boot

We are seeking an experiencedJava Architect with 12-15 years of expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale applications usingJava, Spring Boot, APIs, and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate will lead architecture initiatives, define technology roadmaps, drive best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

The candidate should possess deep technical expertise in backend technologies, cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and API-led integrations while mentoring development teams and ensuring architectural governance.

• Define and implement enterprise application architecture using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure Microservices-based solutions.
• Lead API strategy, design, development, and governance using RESTful services.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Architect cloud-native applications and containerized deployments.
• Establish architecture standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
• Drive performance optimization, security compliance, scalability, and reliability initiatives.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and design walkthroughs.
• Mentor and guide development teams on architecture and technical implementation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations aligned with organizational goals.
• Support DevOps adoption and CI/CD implementation.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards.
