SAP Technical Project Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking an experiencedSAP Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate functional and technical teams supporting modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent Management, Integrations, and Data Migration.
• Establish project governance frameworks, monitor project progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Drive technical solution discussions and collaborate with architects, consultants, and integration teams to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
• Oversee integration activities, data migration planning, testing cycles, deployment activities, and production readiness.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage vendor and partner engagements to ensure deliverables meet quality and business requirements.
• Support change management, user adoption, and transition-to-support activities following project go-live.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managingSAP SuccessFactors implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and related integration landscapes.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Expertise in project planning, risk management, governance, budgeting, and resource management.
• Knowledge of implementation methodologies, testing strategies, deployment planning, and release management.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage geographically distributed teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience across multiple modules.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are highly desirable.
• Experience working with cloud-based HR systems, enterprise integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to SAP Integration technologies and HR technology ecosystems is an advantage.
