About The Job:

• We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead and manage global SAP SuccessFactors support and AMS engagements.
• The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise across SuccessFactors modules, strong stakeholder management skills, and extensive experience in service delivery, solution architecture, and support governance.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors support/AMS engagements and ensure SLA compliance.
• Act as the primary advisor for HR and business stakeholders on SuccessFactors solutions and roadmap.
• Provide architectural leadership across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, LMS, Succession, and Employee Central Payroll.
• Oversee integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA/ECC, SAP BTP/CPI, and third-party applications.
• Drive incident, problem, change, release, and escalation management processes.
• Lead c***omer governance meetings, service reviews, and executive-level discussions.
• Manage and mentor onshore/offshore support teams while ensuring delivery excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and adoption of SAP best practices.

Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of SAP experience, including 10+ years in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong expertise in Employee Central and multiple SuccessFactors modules.
• Proven experience managing large-scale global AMS/Support engagements.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP/CPI Integration Suite and SuccessFactors integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL-based support processes and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
• SAP SuccessFactors Professional Certifications
• SAP BTP/CPI Certification
