Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering roles, focusing on SDLC tooling and automation in enterprise environments.

• Strong hands-on expertise in:

  • GitHub Enterprise administration.

  • GitHub Actions, including workflow design, reusable actions, and security.

  • Self-hosted GitHub Runners, preferably on Kubernetes.

  • GitHub Organization RBAC.

  • GitHub Teams and repository automation.

  • JFrog Artifactory administration and automation.

• Deep understanding of CI/CD principles, branching models, and SDLC methodologies.

• Experience developing reusable workflow templates, shared actions, and automation frameworks.

• Experience optimizing large enterprise CI/CD pipelines.

• Solid experience with Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE), Docker, and container orchestration.

• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Helm, and Kustomize.

• Experience implementing DevSecOps tools, including secret management, code scanning, and dependency scanning.

• Experience with Jira Software administration, including workflow schemes, screens, issue type hierarchies/epics, custom fields, permission and notification schemes, and automation rules.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP.

• Understanding of software lifecycle processes and best practices for continuous integration and delivery in complex environments.

• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of SDLC pipeline and tooling issues and implement sustainable solutions.
