Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Architect. The Design Architect will be responsible for communication, architecture, design management, construction drawings, and architectural design. The Design Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and functional designs, create construction documents, and ensure adherence to codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient in architecture and design management

• Experience in creating construction drawings

• Strong architectural design skills

• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, preference for Master of Architecture

• Proficiency in relevant design software is a plus

Experience

3-6 years of experience in the field of architecture, with credentials such as AIA, NCARB preferred.
