rby’s Team Member

We’re looking for dependable, friendly team members who take pride in great food and guest service. As an Arby’s Team Member, you’ll help guests, prepare orders, and keep the restaurant clean and running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide friendly, accurate service.

• Take orders and process payments at the register and drive-thru.

• Prepare food according to Arby’s quality and safety standards.

• Keep workstations, equipment, and dining areas clean.

• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.

• Work with teammates to serve guests efficiently during busy shifts.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Dependable attendance and good communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability for the shifts needed, including evenings and weekends.

• Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
