Job Summary:Â
This role focuses on expertly managing and resolving accounts receivable disputes, ensuring accurate billing and prompt resolution of discrepancies. You will collaborate cross-functionally to investigate issues and maintain clear communication with clients to uphold financial integrity. This position also involves mentoring new team members on best practices for dispute management.
Key Responsibilities:

Research disputes and identify root causes and resolutions.

Resolve invoice, purchase order, delivery, and product or service issues.

Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Collections, and other teams.

Track dispute status, aging, and resolution timelines; report trends to leadership.

Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and controls.

Coach new team members on dispute resolution practices.
Must-Have Skills:

Experience in AR, billing, deductions, collections, or dispute resolution.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
Industry Experience:
B2B accounts receivable experience preferred; manufacturing, distribution, or service industry experience is a plus.
