Role Overview

AsSenior Manager, AI Transformation, you will lead the strategy, execution, and scaling ofMicron Global Procurement’s agentic AI ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving AI adoption at scale, uplifting AI and automation capabilities across the global GP organization, and managing teams that design and deliver AI‑powered solutions using low‑code/no‑code and professional development platforms.

This role spansboth citizen developers and professional developers—from empowering business users to safely build AI‑assisted workflows, to guiding team members delivering production‑grade, enterprise agentic AI solutions. Strong focus areas includeuser experience, measurable business value, and responsible AI adoption.

This isnot an IT role, but it requires close partnership with IT, Security, Data, and Legal teams, along with proven experience leading developers and translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy, Enablement & Workforce Upskilling

• Define and execute theGPCOE AI transformation roadmap, aligned with Global Procurement strategy and business outcomes

• Design and deliverlarge‑scale AI enablement programs for hundreds of GP employees, spanning citizen developers, advanced users, and professional developers

• Establishrole‑based learning paths for low‑code/no‑code builders and professional AI developers, enabling safe experimentation and scalable delivery

• Serve as atrusted advisor and internal consultant on practical AI usage, productivity gains, and responsible adoption

Agentic AI Development, UX & Value Realization

• Lead teams deliveringagentic AI solutions with strong emphasis on user experience, adoption, and tangible business value

• Oversee experimentation, proofs of concept, and the transition of successful concepts intoenterprise‑ready AI products

• Ensure solutions are intuitive, usable, and embedded naturally into GP workflows

• Partner with IT, Security, Data, and Legal to ensure solutions arecompliant, scalable, and well‑integrated into Micron’s enterprise ecosystem

Operational Excellence, Governance & Value Tracking

• Establishdelivery standards, governance models, and prioritization frameworks for AI initiatives

• Trackadoption, productivity impact, ROI, and value realization—not just deployment

• Continuously refine solutions based on user feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build, lead, and developagile, high‑performing teams in a fast‑changing AI and business environment

• Lead with ahands‑on, learning‑oriented leadership style

• Guide teams through ambiguity as AI technologies, platforms, and business priorities evolve

• Foster a culture ofaccountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement across a globally distributed organization

• Partner with GP leaders to identifyhigh‑impact use cases and ensure organizational readiness for AI adoption at scale

Qualifications

Education

• Master’s degree inBusiness, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (required)

• Certifications or formal education inAI, data, analytics, automation, or product management strongly preferred

Experience

• 10+ years leading digital, AI, or automation‑driven transformation initiatives in complex, enterprise environments, with demonstrated business impact

• Proven experiencerunning and governing a high‑volume backlog of AI or digital requests, including intake design and prioritization frameworks

• Strong track record operating inagile, iterative delivery models while managing competing priorities

• Hands‑on exposure tolow‑code/no‑code, agentic AI, or automation platforms (UI Path, MS Copilot Studio, Moveworks), combined with experience managing workflow developers

• Experience scaling solutions acrossglobal, diverse organizations

Technical & Functional Skills

• Solid understanding ofgenerative AI concepts, agentic workflows, and applied automation

• Ability to translate complex business problems intointuitive, value‑driven AI solutions

• Strong appreciation foruser experience as a critical success factor

• Business domain literacy inProcurement, Supply Chain, or Operations environments, supporting practical translation of business needs into scalable, value‑focused AI solutions.

Leadership & Communication

• Demonstrated experience building and sustaininghigh‑performing, agile teams

• Proven ability tolead through ambiguity and manage competing priorities

• Strong stakeholder management andexecutive communication skills

• Track record ofdeveloping talent and delivering measurable business value
