Pipefitters (Ship System Installers) for a Shipyard in Turku

For our client company, we are looking for motivated and qualifiedpipefitters to work at a shipbuilding shipyard inTurku, Finland.

Responsibilities

• Installation of piping systems in various areas of the vessel (engine rooms, fuel systems, ballast water systems, and firefighting systems).

• Connecting pipes primarily usingwelding methods MMA (111).

• Working withheavy-walled steel pipes, stainless steel, copper-nickel alloys, and large cast-iron pipes.

Requirements

• Experience: Mandatory experience in marine pipefitting within a shipyard environment.

• Professional Skills: Ability to work with the aforementioned marine systems and materials, as well as welding skills.

• Certifications: Valid Finnish safety cards (Työturvallisuuskortti / Occupational Safety Card,Tulityökortti / Hot Work Card).

• Personal Qualities: Precision, independence, technical problem-solving skills, and strong teamwork.

• Language Skills: Good command of eitherFinnish or Russian.
