Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling inbound/outbound calls to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to schedule inspections
• Aid in other office responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous interactions with customers
• Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
• Enter and update customer information accurately in the database
• Meet or exceed call quotas and sales targets

Qualifications & Benefits

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
• Bookkeeping and leadership experience are highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both in English and Spanish (not required), are highly desirable
• Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Sales experience is a plus
