Position Overview

Sparta Networking is hiring Appointment Setters for a phone-based customer support position in Conway.

You'll speak with customers who are interested in vacation options, answer questions, review available choices, and help move them through the next step of the booking process.

No previous travel experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers by phone
• Learn what the customer is looking for
• Review available vacation packages and promotions
• Answer basic questions about pricing and options
• Schedule or move customers forward in the booking process
• Follow up with interested customers when needed
• Update customer information in the system
• Keep notes and account details accurate
• Provide a friendly and professional customer experience

Available Schedules

• Weekday Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Weekday Evening Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Four-Day Schedule: Saturday to Tuesday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Part-Time Weekend: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

You should be:

• Comfortable talking with customers by phone
• Friendly and confident in conversation
• Comfortable using a computer while on a call
• Organized and accurate
• Reliable with your schedule
• Comfortable following up with customers
• Motivated by commission opportunities
• At least 18 years old

Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, call centers, hospitality, reservations, retail, or phone-based sales is helpful, but not required.
