Digital Cloud & AI Solution Engineer (Azure Infra, Education) は、教育機関のお客様に対し、Microsoft Azureを中心としたクラウドインフラおよびAI時代の基盤モダナイゼーションを技術面から提案・設計・実証するテクニカルセールスロールです。安全でスケーラブル、レジリエントかつコンプライアンスに配慮したクラウド/ハイブリッドアーキテクチャを設計し、既存プラットフォーム、アプリケーション、データベース、ネットワーク、セキュリティを含むPlatform Estateのモダナイゼーションを支援します。

The Digital Cloud & AI Solution Engineer (Azure Infra, Education) is a technical sales role responsible for helping education customers envision, design, and validate Microsoft Azure infrastructure and AI-era platform modernization solutions. This role designs secure, scalable, resilient, and compliant cloud and hybrid architectures and helps customers modernize their Platform Estate across applications, databases, networking, security, and operations.

• Azure infrastructure、Windows/Linuxワークロード、VM、SQL Server、PostgreSQL、AKS、Azure Container Apps、Defender for Cloud、ハイブリッドネットワークを活用した技術提案、デモ、アーキテクチャ設計を行う。
• 教育機関の意思決定者、IT部門、研究・教学部門、教育現場の関係者と連携し、クラウド移行・モダナイゼーション方針、アプリケーション/データベースモダナイゼーション、AI活用基盤に向けた技術課題、技術的レディネス、導入計画を整理する。
• ライブデモ、アーキテクチャホワイトボード、ワークショップ、プロトタイピング、PoC、パイロットを通じて、顧客の技術的意思決定を支援し、Azure導入と本番展開へのコミットメントを高める。
• セキュリティ、コンプライアンス、レジリエンシー、コスト最適化、運用管理、ネットワーク性能、スケーラビリティを考慮したクラウド/ハイブリッドアーキテクチャを設計し、技術的なブロッカーを解決する。
• SAP、Oracle、VMware、NetApp、Red Hatなど主要エンタープライズプラットフォームやパートナーソリューションを理解し、教育機関の既存環境からAzureへの移行・近代化を支援する。
• 営業チーム、Commercial Executive、パートナー、製品/エンジニアリングチームと連携し、Education市場におけるAzure InfraおよびAI-ready infrastructureの活用拡大を推進する。

• Design, demonstrate, and position solutions using Azure infrastructure, Windows and Linux workloads, VMs, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, AKS, Azure Container Apps, Defender for Cloud, and hybrid networking.
• Engage with decision makers, IT leaders, research and academic stakeholders, and education teams to define technical challenges, technical readiness, and adoption plans for cloud migration and modernization approaches, application and database modernization, and AI-ready infrastructure.
• Use live demos, architecture whiteboarding, workshops, prototyping, PoCs, and pilots to influence technical decisions and build customer commitment for Azure deployment and production rollout.
• Design cloud and hybrid architectures that address security, compliance, resiliency, cost optimization, operations, network performance, and scalability, and identify and resolve technical blockers.
• Understand major enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, VMware, NetApp, and Red Hat, and help education customers migrate and modernize from existing environments to Azure.
• Collaborate with sales teams, Commercial Executives, partners, product teams, and engineering teams to scale Azure Infra and AI-ready infrastructure adoption across the Education market.

Required Qualifications

• 技術プリセールス、クラウドアーキテクト、ソリューションアーキテクト、技術コンサルティング、インフラ設計、クラウド移行、または関連領域で概ね4年以上の経験。
• Azureインフラ、Windows/Linux、VM、データベース、コンテナ、AKS、ネットワーク、セキュリティ、コンプライアンス、ハイブリッドクラウドに関する基礎的な理解または強い関心。
• 顧客の業務・教育・研究上の課題を理解し、実行可能なクラウド/ハイブリッドアーキテクチャ、デプロイメントプラン、技術的なブロッカー解消策に落とし込む力。
• 顧客折衝を日本語で行うための高い日本語コミュニケーション力。英語での読み書き・社内連携に前向きに取り組めること。

Preferred Qualifications

• Windows/Linuxワークロード、VM、ネットワーク、コンテナ、AKS、クラウド移行またはモダナイゼーションの実務経験。
• SAP、Oracle、VMware、NetApp、Red Hatなど主要エンタープライズプラットフォームに関する知識。
• ワークショップ、デモ、PoC、パイロット、技術的意思決定支援を通じて、本番展開につながる技術エンゲージメントをリードした経験。
  
  

  Required Qualifications

  • Approximately 4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, cloud architecture, solution architecture, technical consulting, infrastructure design, cloud migration, or related fields.
  • Foundational understanding of or strong interest in Azure infrastructure, Windows and Linux, VMs, databases, containers, AKS, networking, security, compliance, and hybrid cloud scenarios.
  • Ability to translate customer business, education, and research challenges into practical cloud and hybrid architectures, deployment plans, and technical blocker resolution.
  • Strong Japanese communication skills for customer engagement and willingness to collaborate in English where needed.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux workloads, VMs, networking, containers, AKS, cloud migration, or modernization scenarios.
  • Knowledge of major enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, VMware, NetApp, and Red Hat.
  • Experience leading technical engagements that drive production-scale outcomes through workshops, demos, PoCs, pilots, and technical decision support.
