【ポジション概要】Cloud & AI (Azure) Specialist として、営業・技術・パートナーと連携し、お客様のビジネス課題を解決するクラウドソリューションを提案します。特に、AI、データ、インフラ、セキュリティといった分野での知識を活かし、Azureの価値を最大限に引き出す役割を担います。

【業務内容】インフラ、アプリケーション、データの移行やモダナイゼーションの提案AIやインテリジェントデータプラットフォームを活用した業務変革支援社内の営業・技術チーム、外部パートナーとの連携によるプロジェクト推進導入後の利用促進・活用拡大によるAzureの価値最大化このポジションでは、最新のクラウド技術に触れながらスキルを磨ける幅広い業界（教育・金融・製造など）にインパクトを与えられる柔軟な働き方（最大50％リモートワーク可）といった魅力があります。

Cloud ＆ AI Specialist は、技術的専門知識を用いて重要なマネージド顧客を担当する、製品付きのアカウントマネジメント職です。アカウント担当、技術、サービスのリソースで構成される仮想チームを率いて、顧客課題を解決を提案し、担当アカウントにおける関連ワークロードの四半期ごとのAzure消費目標を達成/超過することを目指します。

エグゼクティブ開拓およびアプローチにより、社内外の意思決定者を巻き込んでデジタルトランスフォーメーションのイニシアチブを明確に指し示し、Azureクラウドサービスがどのようにデジタルトランスフォーメーションを実現できるかを学ぶ情熱をお持ちの方を求めています。（製品説明ではなく、課題ヒアリングからの課題解決提案を重視します）

また、AzureのInfra Migrationに留まらず、AI、データ活用などMicrosoftの総合力を最大化させる価値訴求を体現し、他チームを巻き込んで顧客の課題解決に取り組む”contribution to others","Biuld with other's knowledge"のカルチャーへの共感も重要です。

具体的には顧客に向けたセールスシナリオを仮説をもとに作成し、自身で進めていただく事と合わせて、別のテリトリーを担当するチームにもそれを展開して分析及び効果測定を行うことで”contribution to others"のインパクトを期待しています。

Required/minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development OR equivalent experience.
• Substantial, proven experience in cloud technology-related sales or account team management, with a strong record of driving revenue, managing complex customer relationships, and influencing senior stakeholders. 
• Language fluency in Japanese

Additional or preferred qualifications

• Doctorate AND 3+ years experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development OR Master's Degree AND 6+ years experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development OR Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development OR equivalent experience.
• Language fluency in English
