About the role
Globalpundits is hiring an Applications Manager for a multi-year technology program with a client in the regulated energy sector. You'll provide day-to-day leadership over application teams. Depending on the assignment, those are either cGMP and corporate sub-teams, or Maximo, SSIS and NextAxiom integration sub-teams. You'll oversee delivery quality, resourcing and coordination with business stakeholders. This is an onsite leadership role.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day leadership over application teams with limited supervision
• Oversee delivery quality across the application portfolio
• Manage team resourcing, assignments and workload
• Coordinate with business stakeholders on priorities, requirements and issue resolution
• Analyze delivery and team problems, develop solutions and drive them to closure
• Lead specific workstreams or sub-teams and guide junior staff

What we're looking for

• 4–8 years of IT application experience, including significant experience managing IT application teams
• Experience with cGMP and corporate business applications, or with Maximo, SSIS and NextAxiom or similar integration platforms
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Track record overseeing application delivery quality and team resourcing
• Ability to work onsite full-time
