The Cloud Technical Onboarding Center (TOC) team is responsible for effectively introducing Google’s clients to Google Cloud Platform and to Google Workspace, and helps accelerate their onboarding journey for foundation, first workloads, first GenAI or Agentic AI use case. We deliver product and implementation expertise to our customers to help them get the most out of their Google Cloud investments.
As Delivery Manager for the Technical Onboarding Center, you will own technical onboarding of customers on Google Cloud. You will work closely with the Google sales team and Google engineering team to ensure a successful onboarding of customers. You will own the delivery of customer engagements including setting up cloud foundations, migration of first workloads (e.g., VM migrations, container migrations, database migrations, and data warehouse migrations), GenAI MVP implementations and new Google products like Agentspace. You will be planning and executing cloud migration programs and overseeing implementations of AI/GenAI solutions.X

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience working with Cloud deployments and migrations.
- 2 years of people management experience.
- Experience with Infrastructure as code principles.
- Experience working with GenAI, Agentic AI and AI solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams, integrators, and channel partners to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Experience leveraging quantitative assessments and data analysis to drive prioritization and business decisions.
- Broad understanding of the Cloud marketplace and its differentiators, paired with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, as needed by the role.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders from various groups within google to develop pipeline of Technical Onboarding Center engagements.
- Provide delivery governance and ensure delivery excellence for customer engagements.
- Leverage your experience to identify processes and tooling where automations and repeatability can be introduced.
- Work with google product and engineering teams to improve onboarding experience of new google products.
- Manage the risks, issues and actions for the TOC team and regularly track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines.
