- 3+ years of experience in application support, production support, or technical support roles.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting existing applications.
- Hands-on experience handling support tickets, user issues, and incident resolution.
- Basic understanding of web applications, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Ability to analyze logs, queries, and application behavior to identify issues.
- Familiarity with ticketing and support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar.
- Good understanding of SQL and basic database troubleshooting.
