Pay Range: $35 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and support AV equipment for meetings, training sessions, and events.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot AV systems including displays, projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing endpoints.
  • Answer technical support issues and work on tickets.
  • Assist with the distribution of hardware across the country.
  • Provide proactive customer service and support changes or enhancements to documentation standards.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate.
  • 1-3 years IT experience.
  • 5 years in customer service.
  • Strong knowledge ofIntune,Active Directory,Windows 11,Office 365, andAzure.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • High School Diploma with technical experience.
  • Any applicable IT certification preferred.
