Introduction

This role is responsible for developing and delivering processes that will help the organization achieve key goals, focusing on transparency of workforce time allocation. The position involves data analysis, process gathering, design sessions, and development of materials, including process documentation, training, and capturing business requirements for management-level operational dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with data gathering for organization-wide process design and procedural documentation.
• Proficient in performing large volume data analysis to develop thematic analytical output and identify correlations and trends.
• Experience with constructing and sustaining data models and developing operational dashboards.
• Proficiency in Agile, JIRA, Tableau, MicroStrategy, ITSM.
• Advanced/Intermediate skills in Excel, Tableau, MS Office PowerPoint, JIRA as well as advanced understanding of data technologies, metadata, and data lineage concepts.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with basic AI tools such as GitHub CoPilot.
• Proficient in designing, developing, and executing test cases with knowledge of Test Automation and tools.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Ability to perform or support continuous integration and deployment activities.
• 5 years of experience in relevant fields.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Contribute to story refinement and defining requirements for data collection and presentation in automated scorecards.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand data requirements and ensure accurate implementation of data architecture.
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional/non-functional requirements.
• Utilize processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, and data quality controls.
• Contribute to existing test suites, analyze test reports, and identify test issues/errors.
• Collaborate with Project Management to document and communicate required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.
• Adhere to team delivery/release process and cadence for metric aggregation and presentation for executive communications.
• Identify gaps in data management standards adherence and work with partners to develop plans to close gaps.
• Lead concept and experimentation testing and synthesize results to validate and improve analytical solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators and internal controls.
