Introduction

Join a dynamic team focused on building and enhancing an Ansible Automation Platform for the Enterprise. This role involves working on complex engineering and analytical tasks and providing technical expertise in systems programming and data center capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of top-tier systems engineering experience
• Expert level Unix/Linux administration and scripting (yaml, xml, python, perl, shell) with 5 years of experience
• 5 years of experience with Ansible Automation Platform
• Demonstrable Python or similar scripting skills (5 years)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present to audiences including senior management
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with multiple groups to gather business requirements
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic business environment
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Github Copilot
• Experience with TrueSight Server Automation (BladeLogic)
• Understanding of SDLC chain for managing automation content

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of systems engineering activities
• Develop controls for automation platforms with a focus on shared content across enterprise tools
• Influence and/or direct activities of teams related to special initiatives or operations
• Provide input on staffing, budget, and personnel
• Consider applications and platforms across the organizational portfolio for symbiotic alignment and opportunities
• Incorporate multiple AI channels into standard practice to enhance productivity, consistency, and quality
