Introduction

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team, focusing on managing and resolving business queries and support items within the Market Risk space. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-regional team environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years of Production Support experience
• Strong SQL Knowledge, UNIX / LINUX knowledge
• Working knowledge of ITRS, DynaTrace, and Splunk
• Working knowledge of Autosys and Bob jobs, Python Scripting knowledge
• Prior work experience in the financial industry or Market Risk

• Financial industry experience
• Knowledge of Market Risk
• Agile methodology
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle,  ITIL
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Ability to work in a multi-regional team
• Operations exposure with Windows OS
• Working knowledge with Tableau
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve business queries for Market Risk space
• Manage user query mailbox effectively, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
• Respond to and resolve feed and batch support items, manage alerts and monitoring
• Utilize framework tools such as ITSM, ITRS, JIRA, DynaTrace, and Splunk for updates and reports
• Incident management, including user notifications and managing escalations
• Documentation and knowledge management
• Coordinate resolutions with various development teams
• Assist with metrics reporting
• Coordinate and perform Business Continuity testing and related paperwork
• Organize and run meetings independently for issue resolution
• Identify scope for automation to reduce manual, repetitive tasks
