We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Mobile Release & Deployment Engineer. This hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, involves overseeing the development, release, and deployment of mobile applications. The position is contract-based and requires expertise in mobile application development and deployment technologies.

Description

• Coordinate the release and deployment of mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Act as a liaison between development, QA, product, release management, and support teams.
• Ensure successful delivery and deployment of mobile applications to end-users.
• Manage and streamline app store submissions and release processes.
• Proactively address and mitigate deployment risks and issues.
• Support Agile teams and contribute to release train deployments.
• Utilize CI/CD tools for efficient deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive deployment readiness and coordinate production releases.
• Manage app store submissions and ensure compliance with publishing processes.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and facilitate resolution across teams.
• Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to release governance and production support processes.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in mobile application development, release engineering, or deployment management.
• Understanding of native iOS and Android application lifecycles.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment automation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to operate effectively during critical production releases.
