Join a dynamic team in a pivotal role providing production and technical support. Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, this onsite contract position requires expertise in monitoring application health and payment processing. Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 production and technical support.
- Monitor application health and payment processing.
- Investigate and resolve incidents promptly.
- Coordinate global shift handoffs and maintain operational procedures.
- Collaborate with application, middleware, database, and operations teams to restore services.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of production or technical support experience.
- Proficient in incident and problem management.
- Experience with Linux/Unix and SQL databases.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to support releases and recovery activities.
