In this highly collaborative role, you will lead ERP selection and implementation activities, develop practical low-code solutions, administer critical business applications, and partner with teams across the organization to improve processes and user experiences.
You will combine business-process knowledge, project leadership, and hands-on technical skills to deliver scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, ERP, and other enterprise systems. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact on operational growth, system adoption, data quality, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate Titan Pro’s ERP selection process, including requirements gathering, process mapping, vendor evaluation, fit-gap analysis, stakeholder communication, and recommendation support.
- Manage ERP implementation activities by coordinating internal teams, vendors, project timelines, testing, data-migration support, training plans, issue tracking, and go-live readiness.
- Support post-go-live optimization by identifying improvement opportunities, prioritizing requests, documenting requirements, coordinating changes, and validating system performance.
- Design, configure, and support low-code business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and related Microsoft 365 services.
- Develop and maintain integrations, workflows, forms, dashboards, and automated processes that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Provide application support across ERP, WMS, CRM, QMS, financial accounting systems, and other enterprise platforms.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including user access, licensing, security groups, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and related administrative functions.
- Partner with business departments to understand operational needs, document current and future-state processes, and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, application changes, requirements, testing results, training materials, and support procedures.
- Serve as a liaison among business users, IT, software vendors, consultants, implementation partners, and company leadership.
- Support user training, system adoption, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor application performance, issue trends, user feedback, and enhancement requests to improve reliability, usability, and business value.
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, business systems, computer science, business administration, accounting, or a related field. Equivalent education and relevant practical experience will also be considered.
- Experience supporting business applications, enterprise systems, system implementations, upgrades, integrations, or process-improvement initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and the Microsoft ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Entra ID, security, licensing, and Power Platform tools.
- Experience or demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, connectors, forms, dashboards, workflows, or other low-code technologies.
- Familiarity with ERP concepts and core business processes, such as order management, purchasing, inventory, warehouse operations, finance, reporting, customer management, and system security.
- General knowledge of SAP, WMS, CRM, QMS, financial accounting systems, or comparable enterprise applications.
- A basic understanding of financial accounting concepts, including general ledger structure, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory valuation, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
- Ability to gather requirements, document processes, analyze business needs, support testing and change management, and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, organization, communication, follow-through, and continuous-improvement skills.
- Experience in agriculture, distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, logistics, or a dealer-based business environment is beneficial.
- Business-Process Orientation: You understand how technology supports operational workflows and can translate business needs into system requirements.
- Low-Code Development Mindset: You use practical, scalable tools to build applications, automate processes, and improve productivity.
- ERP Implementation Leadership: You can coordinate people, requirements, vendors, timelines, testing, training, and change-management activities.
- Application-Support Discipline: You troubleshoot issues, document solutions, manage enhancement requests, and follow through to resolution.
- Cross-Functional Communication: You communicate effectively with executives, department leaders, end users, vendors, consultants, and IT professionals.
- Continuous Improvement: You look for ways to simplify processes, strengthen controls, improve data quality, and increase system adoption.
The Application Manager works closely with executive leadership, department managers, end users, IT team members, software vendors, consultants, and implementation partners. This position collaborates across operations, finance, sales, warehouse, quality, customer service, and administrative functions.
