Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of application solutions. The Application Lead actively monitors project progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication among team members to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines. This position demands a proactive approach to managing resources and priorities to drive successful application outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud-based application lifecycle management and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems and automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and secure application architectures.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.

Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and/or Terraform.
Python scripting and automation.
Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Git repository management and branching strategies.
DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning and code quality governance.
Azure RBAC, Identity & Access Management, and Security Group administration.
Strong troubleshooting skills in Azure networking and platform services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
