Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedApplication Engineer with strong Salesforce experience to support the Care organization. The candidate will be responsible forproduction support, application troubleshooting, incident resolution, and maintaining the stability and reliability of Salesforce-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-dayproduction support for Salesforce applications.
• Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Analyze incidents and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, business teams, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
• Support application enhancements, fixes, and maintenance activities.
• Perform impact analysis for application changes and releases.
• Support deployment and post-production validation activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure production applications meet business and operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve application stability and support processes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience withSalesforce applications.
• Experience inSalesforce production support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with incident and problem management.
• Understanding of Salesforce application architecture and integrations.
• Experience working with Agile and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Knowledge of release and deployment processes.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.

Work Requirement
