ServiceNow ITSM development, Change Management workflows (Standard, Normal, Emergency), Change Models, approval workflows, CAB processes, Flow Designer, JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, REST APIs, and CMDB integration.
