Essential Job Functions:
- Perform analysis of the existing SAP Fiori/Web UI design and determine transformation approach for migration to higher application version.
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into technical specifications.
- Planning and execution of Fiori applications development activities
- Maintaining security and ensuring optimal performance, and stability of the Fiori applications / Launchpad
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices, ensuring a suitable technical architecture
- Provide documentation and training to support to end-users?
- Design and Development of SAP Fiori/UI5 applications, customizing and extending existing applications, creating user interfaces and developing custom applications using web technologies, SAP Business Application Studio, SAPUI5, ABAP Programming.
- Integration of Fiori/UI5 applications with SAP and other systems, often using OData services.
- Development of test strategy and test scripts in Client ALM tool
- Thoroughly test the application's functionality, performance, and usability across different devices (Windows, iOS) and browsers.
- Prepare Power Point Presentation to support super user and end user trainings?
- Experience - 6- 10 Years of experience
- Deep knowledge of SAP Fiori Architecture: Understanding OData services, Gateway server, Client-Server model, and the Fiori Launchpad.
- Expertise in User Experience (UX) Design: Familiarity with SAP's UX design principles
- Proficiency in SAPUI5: Mastery of the framework used to develop Fiori applications
- Strong OData Services Integration Skills: Ability to create, consume, and troubleshoot OData services that connect Fiori apps with the SAP backend.
- Backend Integration with ABAP: Understanding how to optimize and customize app functionality through efficient back-end logic, including creating CDS
- Deployment and Configuration using SAP Launchpad: Knowledge of how to configure and publish Fiori applications within the SAP Fiori Launchpad.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting Tools: Proficiency in using tools like Chrome Developer Tools, SAP Web IDE, and SAP Fiori Diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.
- SAP Fiori Architecture and Development: Deep understanding of SAP Fiori design principles, Expertise in developing SAPUI5/Fiori Elements applications.
- Backend System Integration: Experience with SAP backend integration, specifically with SAP S/4HANA, Familiarity with OData services.
- Fiori Launchpad: Experience configuring and enhancing the SAP Fiori Launchpad, Ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
- SAP Business Processes: A solid understanding of relevant SAP business processes, Reporting and Analytics (if applicable):?
- ADO and Agile Methodologies: Ability to work collaboratively with development teams in an iterative approach.
- Best Practices for Fiori App Optimization: Knowledge of techniques for optimizing JavaScript code, and efficiently handling data.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration with Fiori.
- Excellent Communication and Client-facing Skills: Ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide optimized solutions.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with colleagues from different departments or disciplines.
- Demonstrated cross-functional team collaboration skills.
