Essential Job Functions:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain PL/SQL code to support retail telecom applications
- Work closely with business and functional teams to understand retail requirements
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support SIT/UAT activities
- Handle production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure high-quality, performance-optimized database solutions
- Relevant experience in PL/SQL with Telecom domain exposure,
- Domain: Telecom – Retail.
- Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL (procedures, functions, packages, triggers, performance tuning)
- Good understanding of Telecom domain, especially Retail business processes
- Experience working with customer lifecycle, billing, orders, provisioning.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Experience in data validation, data fixes, and production support
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
