We are seeking an experiencedApplication Developer with strong expertise inInformatica ETL andYellowbrick to join our Insurance Technology team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions that support insurance operations, analytics, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows usingInformatica PowerCenter orInformatica IICS.
Build and optimize data pipelines onYellowbrick data warehouse platform.
Collaborate with business analysts and insurance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with insurance regulatory standards.
Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting of ETL jobs and SQL queries.
Document ETL processes, data mappings, and system configurations.
Provide production support and resolve data-related issues promptly.

Optional Team Lead Responsibilities (if applicable):

Lead and mentor a team of ETL and data warehouse developers.
Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Act as a point of escalation for technical and delivery challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5–10+ years of hands-on experience inInformatica ETL development.
Strong experience withYellowbrick or similar MPP data warehouse platforms.
Proficiency inSQL, data profiling, and performance optimization.
Solid understanding ofdata warehousing,data modeling, andETL best practices.
Experience working in theinsurance domain, with knowledge of policy, claims, and regulatory data.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cloud-native data tools.
Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks.
Insurance certifications or domain-specific training is a plus.
