Job Description:
This is a part-time position requiring expertise in Microsoft technologies, specifically focusing on the administration and support of Viva Engage. The role involves coordinating with resolver teams, managing ITSM processes, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Candidates must be available to work onsite in Lake Zurich, IL, and align with the U.S. support window.
 
Basic Qualifications:

• Hands-on knowledge of Viva Engage administration, community settings, and permissions.
• Broad understanding of Microsoft 365, particularly Entra ID, dynamic groups, Teams integration, licensing, and identity dependencies.
• Experience with incident, request, change, problem, and vendor-case coordination in ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical findings for business stakeholders.

• Ability to analyze cross-system issues and direct resolver teams without assuming ownership of their underlying platforms.
• Working-hours alignment with the agreed U.S. support window.

• Previous experience with Microsoft technologies and consulting roles.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools.

• Provide hands-on support and administration for Viva Engage.
• Coordinate with various teams to resolve cross-system issues.
• Communicate technical findings effectively to business stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with U.S. support hours and service requirements.
