Description

• Lead and support the implementation and adoption of cloud-based application lifecycle management for enterprise transformation programs.
• Act as the primary advisor for lifecycle management capabilities across implementation, testing, monitoring, operations, and project governance.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to align on best practices and processes.
• Conduct client training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops.
• Present implementation status, risks, issues, and recommendations to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure cloud-based lifecycle management solutions for transformation programs.
• Integrate lifecycle management tools with enterprise resource planning solutions and other technologies as required.
• Support project delivery, testing, and operations management.
• Facilitate workshops to align technical and business teams on best practices.
• Develop dashboards and metrics for project reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in enterprise software implementations with at least 3 years in cloud-based lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning implementations and migrations.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders.
