Introduction

This role requires a specific start date due to business needs and will require resources that can meet the outlined start date. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) solutions. This involves collaborating with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver robust financial planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities that align with enterprise performance management goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS / PBCS (Cloud EPM Planning).
• Strong understanding of EPM Cloud configuration, data management, and security setup.
• Experience in developing business rules (Calc Manager, Groovy scripting).
• Proficiency with Smart View, EPM Automate, and Data Management tools.
• Working knowledge of Oracle EPM architecture, metadata management, and integrations.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Experience in supporting FPA or corporate finance functions.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle EPBCS modules (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects, Strategic Modeling).
• Manage data flows between EPBCS, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP), and other data sources.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
• Administer user access, roles, and application maintenance activities.
• Partner with Finance and FPA teams to translate business requirements into EPM solutions.
