Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the end-to-end demand intake, evaluation, normalization, and prioritization for our Internal Cloud Platform services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate demand forecasts, aligning demand with platform capacity, funding models, and delivery constraints.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• 4–5 years of experience managing demand intake, prioritization, or portfolio planning for shared technology services.
• Strong analytical skills with experience modeling capacity constraints, utilization, and delivery trade-offs.
• Familiarity with cloud or infrastructure consumption patterns.
• Experience working with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into plans.
• 5-7 years supporting infrastructure or cloud portfolio management.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• ITIL Demand or Financial Management certification.
• Experience with capacity planning tools or service portfolio platforms.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Own the demand management process, intake criteria, and reporting cadence.
• Analyze intake requests and model capacity impacts.
• Maintain demand backlogs and integrate demand data into planning, governance, and financial management workflows.
