Job Title :PeopleSoft Administrator
Location: Remote – Canada
Clearance: Reliability Status

Eligibility: Candidate must be a resident of Canada and eligible to hold Canadian security clearance

Required Skills – Maximum 6

PeopleSoft Administration – Deep hands-on experience administering and supporting PeopleSoft applications, with a strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and environments.
PeopleSoft HR & Finance – Experience supporting PeopleSoft HR and/or Finance applications, including configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and production support.
PeopleSoft Environment Management – Experience with environment administration, system maintenance, patch application, upgrades, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Scripting & System Administration – Strong experience with PowerShell and Linux/Unix shell scripting, along with system management and administration tools.
Oracle Database Administration – Hands-on experience supporting Oracle databases in PeopleSoft environments, including troubleshooting, performance, and maintenance.
Troubleshooting & Technical Support – Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex application, system, integration, and performance issues.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support PeopleSoft HR and Finance environments.
Manage PeopleSoft application environments, configurations, maintenance, and system availability.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and optimization.
Install and apply PeopleSoft patches, fixes, upgrades, and updates.
Monitor system health and proactively identify and resolve performance or operational issues.
Support Oracle databases and troubleshoot database-related issues affecting PeopleSoft.
Develop and maintain PowerShell and Linux shell scripts for system administration and automation.
Provide technical support to IT, application, and operational teams.
Diagnose and resolve complex production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
Maintain system security and configuration in accordance with organizational standards.
Document technical solutions, procedures, configurations, and operational processes.
Collaborate with other technical teams and stakeholders during system changes and upgrades.
Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members.
Support complex system changes while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
