Duration: 11-month contract
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Mon–Thu), Friday WFH)
Interview Process: 1 round | 1 hour | Coding challenge required
Role Overview
Client is looking for a Lead Java Engineer to support backend development and API creation for IAM and SailPoint-based platforms. This role will contribute to identity platform convergence and modernization efforts and requires someone who can work independently without hands-on guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Should work on Artech W2
- Must have previous client experience
- Design and develop backend services and APIs using Java
- Support SailPoint IdentityIQ integrations and workflows
- Work within AWS cloud environments
- Contribute to identity platform convergence initiatives
- Collaborate with IAM analysts and engineering teams
- Review requirements, ask clarifying questions, and propose solutions
- Independently manage development tasks end-to-end
- Should work on Artech W2
- Must have previous client experience
- Strong Core Java development experience
- Experience with AWS (mandatory)
- Beanshell
- Sailpoint
- API development and backend engineering expertise
- Experience with GitHub, repositories, and CI/CD workflows
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
