EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEÂ
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) inBusiness Administration, Human Resource, or related field. Â
Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scaleÂ
Advanced Microsoft Office skillsÂ
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a businessgroupÂ
Strong analytical skillsÂ
Proficient communication skillsÂ
Flexible and willing to help other team members as projectsariseÂ

OTHER QUALIFICATIONSÂ
Ability to workonsite at our LIFT Academy – Indianapolis IN Â
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with a minimum of 20 hours for spring and fallinternsÂ
Eligible to work in the United States withoutsponsorship Â

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions in technical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Â
