What You Will Do

  • Build strong relationships with residents and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their experience with AIR
  • Serve as a key point of contact for resident questions, concerns, and community needs
  • Listen to resident concerns, identify solutions, and follow through to help create positive outcomes
  • Partner with onsite teams to coordinate resident requests and support day-to-day community operations
  • Communicate community updates and important information clearly and professionally
  • Support resident retention by creating positive experiences and identifying opportunities to strengthen resident satisfaction
  • Assist with community events and initiatives that promote resident engagement
  • Maintain accurate resident information and communications using community management systems
  • Adhere to Fair Housing laws, regulations, and AIR policies

What You Have

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, such as property management, hospitality, retail,food service, or a related industry
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to address resident needs professionally and effectively
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and follow through on commitments
  • Comfortable using technology and learning systems used to manage resident information and communications
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work during community office hours, including weekends as needed based on community and seasonal needs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
