We are hiring anApartment Community Manager to leadCasa Vera in Kendall, FL.
As a Community Manager, you’ll be the business leader of your community, overseeing operations, sales, financial performance, resident experience, and team development. You’ll lead from the front, build a high-performing team, and identify opportunities to strengthen both the resident experience and overall performance of the community.

What We Offer
AIR offers a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance, including:
- Expected salary range of $85,000-$95,000 + 15% target bonus opportunity. Your compensation will be based on your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the position.

What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of at least two direct reports, creating an environment where team members can grow and succeed.
- Deliver anexceptional resident experience by setting a high standard for customer service and ensuring your team does the same.
- Take ownership of the community’sfinancial and operational performance, including managing the budget, increasing revenue, and achieving business goals.
- Driveleasing and sales performance, using goals and performance metrics to identify opportunities and achieve results.
- Oversee leasing and maintenance operations while fostering strong collaboration, accountability, and day-to-day execution across the team.
- Driveresident satisfaction and retention while ensuring the community operates in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements.

What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and property management, or a similar customer-focused industry such as hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in property management, including experience leading teams in a competitive sales and customer service environment.
- A proven ability tocoach, develop, and motivate team members.
- Experience usingsales processes and performance metrics to drive results.
- A general understanding offinancials, budgets, and business performance.
- Knowledge of property management systems and technology such asEntrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Flexible schedule availability during our office hours. The typical schedule isTuesday-Saturday, 10:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m., although hours may vary based on community needs and season.
- Reliable transportation.
