AOI Application Engineer

 Application Ownership

·        Own and drive AOI application performance across assigned product lines and customer segments

·        Develop, validate and optimize inspection solutions to achieve customer expectations

·        Provide technical leadership for complex application challenges and customer escalations

·        Monitor scan quality and system performance during evaluations

Customer Demonstrations & Application Support

·        Understand customer manufacturing processes, challenges and emerging inspection requirements

·        Act as a trusted technical advisor to internal and external stakeholders

·        Support live and remote customer demonstrations in applications labs

·        Assist in explaining inspection results and defect interpretation

·        Document demo results, images, and observations for internal and customer use

·        Collaborate with Sales and Field Applications teams during customer visits

Product & Technology Development

·        Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to translate customer requirements into product enhancements

·        Influence future product direction through application insights and market feedback

·        Evaluate new technologies, algorithms and inspection methodologies

·        Assist in developing application notes, demo reports, and training material

·        Support continuous improvement of demo workflows and best practices

Systems Test & Validation

·        Assist with system testing during new product development

·        Execute predefined test plans and document results and observations

·        Identify and report issues or anomalies to engineering and the applications teams
